IMPORTANT DETAILS:

This is an All-Inclusive Price except for the following:
Lunches: The tour bus will be stopping at restaurants daily but everyone will be on their own to pay for lunches
Tips: In addition to the cost of the tour, we will collect $200 cash per person at our orientation meeting on the night that we arrive in Israel. This will cover tips for hotel staff, bellmen, front desk, housekeeping, kitchen staff, waiters/waitresses, bus driver, and Israel tour guide.

Price is based on double occupancy –
If traveling alone, you can room with someone else or pay for a single room (extra cost for private room $900)

VERY IMPORTANT: Every traveler is required by the State of Israel to complete an ETA-IL form. The cost is 25 shekels per person (approximately $6.94). You can fill out the form HERE

BOOKING FLIGHTS: You are welcome to fly any airline of your choosing. However, we ask that you take note of the arrival time into Tel Aviv on 11/4 and the departure time out of Tel Aviv on 11/11 and plan your flight as close to these times as possible. There will be group bus transportation available if you follow this suggested flight schedule. If you arrive in TLV earlier, you have the option to wait for the group to arrive at 5:35PM OR you may take a cab to the hotel on your own. Cost for this could range between $80-$150 depending on traffic. If you arrive in TLV after 5:35PM you do need to plan on taking your own transportation to the hotel. There will be a group dinner and welcome meeting at the hotel the night of 11/4!  When scheduling your flight, we recommend arriving in JFK with at least a 4 hour layover before flying overseas. This will greatly decrease the chance of missing your overseas flight if there are any delays with your first flight or hold ups at the airport.

PARTIAL ITINERARY:

After arriving in Israel, we spend our first night at a beautiful hotel on the Mediterranean Sea. The following morning we begin the ground portion of our tour by visiting Caeserea by the sea, Mt Carmel, and then traveling through the hills of the Galilee region, staying at a beautiful hotel right on the Sea of Galilee. While in the Galilee, we’ll be experience a boat ride on the Sea of Galilee and will be visiting amazing sites such as the synagogue in Capernaum, Mt. of Beatitudes, Golan Heights, the ancient city of Dan, Caeserea Philippi as well as visiting other amazing sites. We will additionally visit with believers in the region.

After spending three nights in the Galilee region, we’ll begin our jourey to Jerusalem, visiting the archaeological ruins of Bet She’an and then visiting the Israel Museum after making our ascent into Jerusalem.

Once in Jerusalem, we’ll be visiting the following places: Masada, Ein Gedi, Dead Sea, Qumran, Mt. of Olives, Garden of Gethsemane, City of David, Mt. Zion, Jewish Quarter of Old City, Western Wall, Yad VaShem Holocaust Memorial Museum, Lion’s Gate, Pool of Bethesda, Golgotha, Garden Tomb and many more amazing sites. This list is only a partial list of the major sites that we’ll be visiting.

Please understand that our schedule for visiting specific places is subject to change due to weather or congestion in certain areas. We will see all of the above sites, but we may adjust timing of those visits.

If you have any physical disabilities with walking long distances or hiking, please note that a few sites may be difficult to experience fully.

  1. Payment of $300 per-person deposit is non-refundable.

  2. 150 Days or more prior to tour: 100% of total price paid for tour is refunded, excluding the non-refundable $300 per-person deposit

  3. 120-149 Days prior to tour: 75% of total price paid for tour is refunded, excluding the non-refundable $300 per-person deposit

  4. 60-119 Days prior to tour: 50% of total price paid for tour is refunded, excluding the non-refundable $300 per-person deposit

  5. 30-59 Days prior to tour: 25% of total price paid for tour is refunded, excluding the non-refundable $300 per-person deposit

  6. 0-29 Days prior to tour: 0% of total price paid for tour is refunded
